Still struggling to run, but getting better. Turned around at the 1.5 mile marker and surprisingly did a little better coming back then going out. In reality, that's just because my body is still warming up when I start out. I don't bother to stretch. I just start out slow and speed up a little as I warm up.
1.5 Marker: Out - 16:53.76 Back - 16:24.10
.1 Marker: Out - 56.61 Back - 59.52 = 35:13.99
It looks to be an 11:45 average.
3 timed sets of 30 seconds: PU - 22, 18, 17 SU - 10, 10, 10 SQ - 10, 10, 10 Planks. Not very good numbers but let's see what we can do in a few weeks.
