One lap around the neighborhood. It hurt. I've gained 20 lbs since August simply by eating whatever I wanted and ignoring that little voice that tells you to get out and run. Today, that little voice said I told you so. Walked to warm up for 3 minutes and then did 8 reps of 60/120s. Walked to cool down for 3 minutes. Planked for 59 seconds.
New year. Looking to beat the mileage from last year and not take a prolonged break.
