Running Accomplishments:
Running is an accomplishment.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Run a 5K with a 9 min / mile pace.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run a 5K when I'm 60 years old.
Personal:
Married with two young girls. Although I hate running, I recognize it as a necessary evil.
Pushups, situps, air squats, climbing and some sprints. I managed two rounds in the time it took the younger guys to do 4 or 5.
Two laps around the neighborhood track. Not very fast.

Sadly, there are many out there who can walk faster than I can manage to run. Oh well. Right knee continues to bug me.
