Assisted Pullups (on 2): 1x10, 2x10 (lots of breaks to get these reps) /

Calf Raise: 3x15

Shoulder Press Machine: 90 - 3x10 (easy, but left shoulder feels weird)

Cable Curl Single: 30 - 3x10

Tri push down (triangle bar): 105 - 3x10

Cool down walk for 20 minutes.
