This was an interesting workout for me. 300m x 4, with a 100m walk break between reps. 200m x 4 with a 100m walk break between reps and then 100m x 4 with a 100m walk break. Follow that up with 4 laps around the track but including the stadium stairs, and I did an extra lap because I got lost in the sauce. It took me a whole hour to complete.
When I got to the stairs the first time, I tried to take two steps at a time, but just didn't have the energy. Had to do it one at a time. Good workout though.
