Hard to get going this morning. Hate pushup day. Set the timer for 15 minutes to see how may sets I could knock out. Warmed up for a little bit then went for it. Lost count when the timer went off so I was either in the middle of set 7 or 6, but we will go with 6 for now.
Set consists of 10 side squats, 10 pushups, 10 situps, 10 marching glute bridges. My pushup form began to suffer right around set 5 or 6. First set is always a breeze. Although the timer went off during situps, I just finished the set to completion.
Finished with 3 minutes of plank, but changed position every 20 seconds from front, left, right then starting again at front. Took a second or two to change positions but just kept that timer running.
