Mentally, I was not prepared for today. I just didn't feel it. However, I loved dropping the number of reps on the weights.
Bench: 185 - 3x8, 205 - 1x5
Leg press: 260 - 3x8
Seated row: 180 - 3x8
Dumbbell sh press/ single curl: 35 - 3x8
Tri push down: 100 - 1x8, 110 - 1x8, 120 - 1x8
Sci-fit arm bike: level 4, 8 minutes, quick fit 1.7 miles
Treadmill: incline at 3, 10 reps of 60/60 but at a speed of 6. That was the only speed that I felt I could handle. For the 10th rep, I started at 6 and increased by a tenth every 10 seconds to finish at 6.5 and ran an extra 5 seconds for extra credit. Warmed up for four minutes and had six minutes to cool down. Averaged 13:45 pace with the walking.
