Hurting this morning. Felt heavy and not very fast. Just can't get it out of my head that my body doesn't burn calories the way it used to. Ran the usual loop but backwards.

Finished with an easy set of 30 knee pushups (which wasn't so easy), 33 rowers (with a couple of breaks), and a minute plank. My younger self would be ashamed of myself. For now, I'll take it.
