Two laps around the neighborhood. Jogged the first one to warm up. On the second lap, added 60/60 but quickly lost count around 4. I think it took me 7 to get around the loop. 60 second run followed by recovery at a 60 second jog.
Lap 1 - 17:47.94
Lap 2 - 17:16.08 = 35:04.02
After cooling down, I thought I could do a set of pushups and situps. 30 knee pushups which were harder than I thought. 33 situps which came even harder and started cramping up at 27. (Yet in my head, this was all a fluke and I still think I can do what I did a few years ago without putting in the work. I may never learn.)
