Hahahaha! Took too long of a break obviously. Enjoyed sleeping in, eating anything, and not working out. Unfortunately, all good things come to an end and now a price must be paid. Muscles still function a little. Cardio is shot.
Bench: 185 - 3x8, 205 - 1x3
Leg Press: 240 - 3x8 (might've been 260. Need to pay better attention.)
Seated row: 180 - 3x8
Dumbbell Shoulder press/curl: 35 - 3x8
Tri push down: 110 - 3x8
Sci-fit arm bike: 8 min for 1.7 miles
Walk: 10 minutes
It was a slow walk. Everything seems to be working ok. See what tomorrow feels like.
